Anzac Cove

About Anzac Cove

Anzac Cove, on Gallipoli Peninsula, is a solemn shoreline where Australian and New Zealand troops landed on April 25, 1915, during World War I.

Surrounded by steep cliffs and quiet waves, the cove has become a symbol of sacrifice, courage, and remembrance.

Today, this beach is dedicated as a solemn memorial and a place of commemoration for those participants of campaigns who died in the battles.

Having such a historical perspective and being a peaceful place, ANZAC Cove is an important tourist site of military memorial and historical reflection.
