Then, a flight to Cappadocia reveals some astonishing wines at the Turasan Winery, fairy-chimney valleys, stone-cut churches, and diverse architectural pottery marvels.
Then, spend some time at the Aegean coast, where the most splendid views of Izmir’s country are paired with masterfully blended wines from the Gods at Godence and Ayda Wineries.
Sip to history with a magnificent guide who will walk you through the breathtaking Ephesus.

Meeting your guide in the lobby of your hotel, and 2.5-hour drive to Barbare Vineyards in Tekirdag.
In route, your guide will share brief information about Turkish wine. Located on a small hill overlooking the Sea of Marmara, Barbare Vineyards grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre using organic and sustainable methods.
Visit the vineyard and winery, experience a guided tasting of six different blends, paired with a cheese platter.
The tasting will be presented by a local winemaker, who will share insights about the wines and production methods.
In the afternoon, you will drive back to Istanbul.
Meeting your guide in the lobby for a full day Old City Tour.
During the tour you will visit:

Topkapi Palace,

At the end of the tour, transfer to the airport for the flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival in the airport, meeting with our representant and transfer to your hotel in Cappadocia.
Meeting your guide in your hotel and depart for Turasan Winery.
Begin with a guided walk through the vineyard, learning about the region’s winemaking traditions.
Continue with a tasting of three distinct blends, each paired with a curated selection of gourmet snacks.
After the experience, transfer back to your hotel.
Meeting your guide in the lobby for a full day Cappadocia tour.
During the tour you will visit:

Devrent Valley.
At the end of the tour, transfer to the airport for the flight to Izmir. Upon arrival in Izmir airport, meeting with our representant and transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi.
Meeting your guide in your hotel and depart for 1.5 hours drive to Teos Ancient City.
The earliest settlements in the city date back to 1000 BC. It is also home to the Temple of Dionysos, dedicated to the Greek god of wine-Dionysos, son of Zeus and an important figure in mythology.
Arrive at your first wine stop, MMG Winery, for a tasting experience, including a selection of four blends. All of the grape varieties of MMG Winery are “Night Cultivated” which protects the aroma and delay the fermentation before grinding.
Continue to your second wine stop, Ayda Winery, where you can relax in the scenic vineyard views surrounded by high mountains.
Here, you will first experience a guided tasting of six different blends, paired with a cheese platter. The wines produced here are made from Sauvignon Blanc and Narince for whites, and Cabernet Sauvignon, Foca Karasi, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Syrah for reds.
The tasting will be presented by a local winemaker, who will share insights about the winemaking process.
Then you will visit the vineyard and winery before you drive back to your hotel in Kusadasi.
Meeting your guide in the lobby for a full day Ephesus tour.
During the tour you will visit:
Temple of Artemis,
Great Amphitheater,
Celsius Library,
Temple of Hadrian and Ephesus Amphitheater,
Harbor Street of Ephesus Ancient City,

At the end of the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
