Fountain of Ahmed III

Fountain of Ahmed III is an 18th-century public water fountain located in front of Topkapi Palace in Istanbul.

Built in 1728 during the reign of Ottoman Sultan Ahmed III, it represents the ornate and decorative style of Tulip Era, a period marked by cultural and artistic development.

The fountain is adorned with calligraphy panels, floral motifs, and poetic inscriptions. It served both as a source of drinking water and a symbol of civic pride in the Ottoman capital.
