Hattusa Ancient City

Hattusa Ancient City is close to today’s Boğazkale in Central Anatolia.

It was once the capital of the powerful Hittite Empire that maintained its supremacy over other civilizations.

Hattusa Ammurapi King, gave the city great walls and beautiful gates like Lion Gate and King’s Gate.

It thrived during the 2nd millennium BCE.
