Salt Galata

Salt Galata is a cultural institution and exhibition space located in a restored 19th-century bank building in Karakoy, Istanbul.

Operated by the nonprofit Salt, it hosts contemporary art exhibitions, research archives, and public programs focused on visual culture, urbanism, and social history.

The building also houses a design library and café. Its neoclassical architecture and adaptive reuse reflect the blend of past and present that defines the surrounding Galata area.
