Sircali Madrasah
The Sırcali Madrasah is located in Konya, constructed in the Year 1242 during the Seljuk period.
It showcases superb artistry of Islamic education and tiles.
It received its name because of the brilliant blue and dark turquoise tiles embossed on the entrance.
Sırcali Madrasah is a former center for religious education and now a Museum of Gravestones where Seljuk and Ottoman tombstones are artfully carved with intricate symbols, Sırcali also nurtures the spiritual soul and artistic mastery of the medieval Anatolian world.
