Experience a full day private wine tasting tour from Istanbul to Kırklareli and Tekirdag, two of the most famous wine regions in Turkey.
This scenic getaway starts with a drive to Arcadia Vineyards which takes about two and a half hours. Arcadia is known for its award-winning, estate-grown, minimal-intervention wines like Sauvignon Gris and Narince, as well as its unique blends.
After guided tasting of four blends, you move on to Tekirdag’s coastal region to visit Barbare Vineyards. They are known for producing organic wines from classic varietals and their view of the Sea of Marmara is breathtaking.
This tour is perfect for wine adresses. You get the chance to taste six blends during a walk in the vineyard, and the local winemaker explains everything during the tasting.
You are served a light lunch which includes wine. Barbare is famous for their Merlot, cabernet, syrah and other blends.

Meeting your guide in the lobby of your hotel, you will depart for Kırklareli with a scenic 2.5-hour drive. En route, your guide will share brief information about Turkish wine.
Arrive at your first wine stop, Arcadia Vineyards, for a vineyard visit and tasting experience, including a selection of four blends. Arcadia Vineyards is known for its minimal-intervention approach, producing elegant wines from ten grape varieties grown on its own estate, including rare whites like Sauvignon Gris and Narince.
Continue to Tekirdag, enjoying the region’s mild, maritime-influenced climate ideal for growing wine grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah.
Visit Barbare Vineyards for a vineyard and winery tour, with insights into their wine production techniques. Located on a small hill overlooking the Sea of Marmara, Barbare Vineyards grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre using organic and sustainable methods.
Experience a guided tasting of six different blends, paired with a cheese platter. The tasting will be presented by a local winemaker, who will share insights about the wines and production methods. Enjoy a late lunch paired with local wines at the vineyard.
Following lunch, you will drive back to Istanbul and transfer to your hotel.
