Bodrum Windmills
Bodrum Windmills form one of the most prominent attractions in the region, located at the hill that separates Bodrum from Gümbet. The stone windmills, which date mostly from the 18th and 19th centuries, used to serve for grinding of the crops in the nearby settlements but now are not in use anymore. However, due to their picturesque views of the city of Bodrum, Gümbet bay and the Aegean Sea, they became a popular destination.
