Bodrum Marine Museum

Bodrum Marine Museum pays tribute to the town’s rich history of seafaring, from sponge diving to the traditional gulet shipbuilding.

It is located in a former structure close to the harbor which has been remodeled and now contains artifacts such as ancient ship models, sailors’ equipment, and unique photographs depicting Bodrum’s nautical history.

There is also an additional global touch to the museum with the seashell collection.

It is a museum that provides a peaceful journey into the essence of Bodrum which has been shaped by its people and their deep connection to the sea.
