Temple of Hadrian in Ephesus is a beautifully preserved Roman monument built in the 2nd century AD to honor Emperor Hadrian.
Temple is famous for its finely chiseled exterior, featuring finely carved columns and reliefs with fine detailing.
Its ornate façade features Corinthian columns, rich reliefs, and a curved arch framing the goddess Tyche.
It was built in architectural style acknowledging Hadrian's contributions to the city and the grandeur of his emulated Roman architecture.
The temple has now high historical importance as it gives a view of the ancient artistic and architectural splendor that once was Ephesus.
Though small in size, its one of the most admired structures along Curetes Street in the ancient city.
